Water Exercise

Many people do not know the positive affects aquatic exercise can have on the body. Select the link below to get a glimpse into the world of aquatic exercise. If you are not sure if aquatic exercise is right for you or if you have any health concerns please contact your physician with all medical related questions

Deep Water

Deep Water Exercise is an instructor lead class performed in the deep end of the pool, participants wear a float belt and use foam bar bells while in class but need to be comfortable in deep water and able to swim. This is a great class for the beginner to someone who needs a change in their daily workout routine. Water exercise classes work the entire body; upper body, lower body and core. It is also great for those with back or joint issues as this is a no impact class.

~Due to COVID-19 all participants will be required to bring their own float belt and foam bar bells to use in class. No equipment will be available for use at the pool.

Shallow Water
