Senior Activity Center
We provide a comfortable and warm atmosphere for older adults of Enumclaw and the surrounding area. There is no membership fee.
The Enumclaw Senior Center does not discriminate against any person with regard to race, national origin, gender, physical challenge, religion or marital status. We do not provide respite, adult day care and/or services that would normally be provided by a trained attendant, nurse or personal caregiver.
The classes and workshops offered at the center are designed to be useful and informative. We do not endorse any products or programs that are presented. It is the individual’s responsibility to make informed decisions regarding these issues.
Daily Lunch Program
We serve a delicious, nutritiously balanced meal Monday through Friday, sponsored through Catholic Community Services, and prepared on-site. We ask for a suggested donation of $4.50 for seniors 60 years of age and older and a charge of $6 for those 59 and younger. Lunch is served at 11:45 a.m. Monday - Thursday and 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
Transportation and Trips
Our van service provides same day transportation to seniors 55 years of age and older in the Enumclaw area. The Senior Activity Center also offers short one day trips to a variety of fun filled locations like the symphony, casino, festivals and more! Plus, thanks to funding through the King County Veterans Seniors Human Services Levy (VSHSL), we provide Rural Van Service to those outside city limits three days a week.
We provide a variety of programs including, but not limited to: Hiking, Walking, Exercise Classes, Pickleball, Billiards, Mahjong, Cribbage, Bridge, Pinochle, Bingo, Bunco, Coffee Meetups, Puzzles, Crafts, Line Dancing, Knitting, Quilting, Genealogy, Mexican Train Dominoes and Canasta. Something for everyone! The Senior Activity Center is a great place to hang out with friends or meet new ones!
Through our King County Veterans Seniors Human Services Levy grant we are able to provide an on-site Resource Navigator twice a week to guide folks through the confusion of caregiving, Medicare and other services.
Parties and Celebrations
The Senior Activity Center hosts a variety of both – any reason to listen to live music and dance!
