July 2021 is shaping up to be a normal, post-COVID month. Several activities are already on the calendar that had been paused for the last 18 months. Starting with our Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce annual tradition the Fourth of July parade. Starting at noon it will once again be along Cole Street. Citizens are welcomed to bring their lawn chairs and begin to enjoy the day prior to the start of the parade. This event is a great way to have family enjoyment as well as a lead in to the rest of the Holiday.
Following this National Holiday will be the first of eight ‘Sundays on Cole’. Beginning on Sunday, July 11th, ‘Sundays on Cole’ will have live music, food vendors, local arts and craft vendors and other various items each Sunday. For eight Sundays in July and through August bring the kids and other family members and stroll Cole Street to enjoy your Downtown in a festive environment.
The King County Fair is returning with a full schedule of items to enjoy. Things kick off on Thursday, July 15 opening the gates at 10 AM closing to 10 PM Thursday through Saturday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, July 18.
Rotary Club of Enumclaw will restart the Street Fair on Friday and Saturday, July 23rd & 24th which is held along Cole Street. There are a variety of vendors that will be participating in the event so check in a few weeks for a complete list of schedule at the Rotary website.
