PD Lobby Service Disruptions April 5 – June 1, 2018

The Enumclaw Police Department is having renovation work to its Dispatch Center during April 5 – June 1, 2018 to prepare and accommodate for the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network (PSERN) project.

During this period certain after hour services will be impacted as the dispatch staff will be located in a separate room away from the front lobby area. Telephone and E911 reporting services will not be disrupted.

We are requesting Concealed Pistol License (CPL) application processing be limited to Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm and Fingerprinting services be limited to Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8am – 5pm. We will not be able to accept CPL applications or Fingerprinting services during evening hours or on weekends during this period.

For those lobby contacts wishing to speak with an Officer or to get information we have a lobby phone that you may use to contact a dispatcher to assist you. The phone number and instructions will be posted in the lobby. There may be a longer lobby wait during this period.

We thank you in advance for your patience and look forward to again providing 24hr Lobby service upon completion of this project.
