The City of Enumclaw has put together this packet of information for new and prospective business owners. It is intended to welcome you to our city and provide you with helpful information in regards to locating your business in Enumclaw.

The City of Enumclaw requires all businesses that are located within or operate within city limits to obtain a city business license. The city license is required for any business that provides a product or service within city limits, even if the physical location of the business is elsewhere.

To obtain a City of Enumclaw business license contact the Washington State Business Licensing Service. Non-profit businesses must apply through the City of Enumclaw.

Before you apply for a business license, there are some additional things you should know about city requirements.

Prospective Non-Profit Business Owners

All prospective non-profit business licenses must be submitted to the City of Enumclaw for processing. The following forms are for non-profit businesses only. Browse the links below to get started.
Once you have submitted your business license application, it will be reviewed to make sure it is consistent with the city's zoning regulations. However, if you have plans for new signs, building modifications, parking changes, etc., you must apply for the appropriate permits.
